The rules are written down and agreed before development starts, you receive the full source code, and every project agreement includes a confidentiality clause. No. No trading system can, and any vendor telling you otherwise is either lying or about to be shut down. Our systems manage risk and remove emotion from execution. They do not remove the possibility of loss, and you can lose your entire deposit.

Yes. Every MT5 system runs on a demo account, and we will install it on your demo and hand over the presets before you buy. Meta Pro 2.0 is demonstrated on a screen-share against live market data. Use this — it is free, and it exists so that a refund request never becomes necessary.

Markets shift and settings need revisiting — that is normal, and it is what the ongoing support is for. We issue updated presets and, where a strategy needs reworking, a software update at no extra cost under the lifetime updates policy.

A single licence covers one IP address and a limited number of accounts, with free lifetime updates. The enterprise edition removes IP restrictions and adds white-label rights for fund managers and resellers.

Yes. Contact support with your licence key and the old and new account numbers, and we will rebind it. This exists so a broker change does not cost you a licence.

Refund terms are set out in full on the Refund Policy page. These are digital products delivered instantly with a licence key, so the terms differ from physical goods — which is exactly why we install on your demo account first, free, before you pay.

No for the four MetaTrader systems — they run 24x5 unattended, which is why we set up a VPS with you. Meta Pro 2.0 is different: it produces signals and you place the trades yourself.

Any broker offering MetaTrader 5. A hedging account is required for MultiScalper Pro and FX Robo. Cent accounts are supported across the range if you want to start small with real money. Every system is broker independent — see the Open an account page for the brokers we work with and why.

For any automated system, yes. An Expert Advisor only trades while the terminal is running and connected. A VPS in your broker's data centre region also cuts execution latency, which matters materially for the scalping and news systems. For HyperScalp Pro it is required rather than recommended.

You do not, on your own. We do it with you on a call — copying the file into the MT5 data folder, restarting the terminal, attaching the system to the right chart and timeframe, loading your preset and enabling AutoTrading. It takes about twenty minutes.

Some of them do, and each product page says so. MultiScalper Pro is a recovery system: it averages into a position at a fixed grid distance and closes the basket at one take-profit. HyperScalp Pro and News Hunter Pro also use recovery logic. Where a product does this, its page states it above the fold, lists the settings that cap it — maximum orders, maximum lot, an equity stop — and explains the on-chart controls for stopping a cycle by hand. Recovery systems produce long runs of small winning cycles and occasional large losing ones; that trade-off is the thing to understand before buying one, and we would rather you understood it than discovered it.
